- 동영상 촬영에는 마이크 권한이 필요합니다. Android에서는 카메라, 마이크, 위치 권한이 앱 설정에서 허용되어 있는지도 확인해 주세요.
- 사진이나 동영상 저장이 되지 않으면 기기 저장 공간과 갤러리 표시 상태를 확인해 주세요.
- 날씨 스탬프는 사용자가 소유한 날씨 작품을 선택했을 때만 위치 권한을 요청하며, iOS와 Android 모두 Apple Weather를 사용합니다. Android에서 날씨가 표시되지 않으면 위치 권한·기기 위치 서비스와 Google Play에서 설치한 최신 정식 버전인지 확인해 주세요.
- iOS 2.0.0의 선택형 사용 통계는 앱의 개인정보 설정에서 언제든 켜거나 끌 수 있습니다. 분석을 거절하거나 철회해도 촬영, 날씨, 구입 기능에는 영향이 없습니다.
- 사용 가능한 줌 배율은 기기 모델과 카메라 구성에 따라 달라질 수 있습니다.

If you have a problem, question, or suggestion while using Today, Stamped, please contact us by email.
Before contacting us
- If the camera preview does not appear, check camera permission in iOS Settings or Android Settings.
- Video recording requires microphone permission. On Android, also confirm that camera, microphone, and location permissions are allowed in the app settings.
- If saving fails, check available device storage and whether the saved item appears in Photos or your gallery.
- A weather stamp asks for location permission only when you select a weather work you own, and both iOS and Android use Apple Weather. On Android, if weather does not appear, check location permission, device location services, and that you installed the latest recognized release from Google Play.
- Optional usage analytics in iOS 2.0.0 can be turned on or off at any time in the app's Privacy settings. Declining or withdrawing analytics consent does not affect capture, weather, or purchases.
- Available zoom options can vary by device model and camera configuration.

お問い合わせ前にご確認ください
- カメラプレビューが表示されない場合は、iOS設定またはAndroid設定でカメラ権限を確認してください。
- 動画撮影にはマイク権限が必要です。Androidでは、アプリ設定でカメラ、マイク、位置情報の権限が許可されているかも確認してください。
- 保存できない場合は、端末の空き容量と、写真アプリまたはギャラリーでの表示状態を確認してください。
- 天気スタンプは、所有している天気作品を選んだ場合にのみ位置情報の許可を求め、iOSとAndroidの両方でApple Weatherを使用します。Androidで天気が表示されない場合は、位置情報の権限、端末の位置情報サービス、Google Playからインストールした最新の正規版であることを確認してください。
- iOS 2.0.0の任意の利用統計は、アプリのプライバシー設定でいつでもオン・オフを変更できます。分析を拒否・撤回しても、撮影、天気、購入機能には影響しません。
- 利用できるズーム倍率は、端末のモデルやカメラ構成によって異なる場合があります。
